Additional Club information

*Stagecoach and Dolce Senso Baking Academy operate their own club therefore bookings and payments need to be done directly with them via their website provided below*
Stagecoach – Children can improve on their singing, dancing and drama skills during the weekly performing arts classes.

Clubs will run from week commencing 12th January through to week commencing 23rd March. Clubs are straight after school at 3.30pm and finish at 4.30pm. Prompt collection is required at the Children’s Centre gate on Devonshire Street.

Bookings are on a first come first served basis. Each club has a maximum number of children that can participate therefore, please book and pay promptly on ParentPay to secure your child’s place.

If the clubs do not meet the minimum numbers for the club to run, you will be notified and refunds will be provided should the club be cancelled. Refunds are only provided if a club does not run and is cancelled by the school. Payments cannot be refunded if a child changes their mind or if a day is missed due to absences.

Clubs organised by WHS (Arts & Crafts, Dodgeball, Dance, Gymnastics & Choir), must be paid via Parent Pay. Payments for Cooking club and Minecraft must be booked and paid for directly with the company.

Pupil Premium Grant/FSM – We have 2 Pupil Premium Grant/FSM places reserved for each club. If your child is in receipt of Pupil Premium Grant/FSM and they would like to join a club, please send an email to the admin team (admin@hogarth.hounslow.sch.uk) and state which club you would like to book your child on. We will then contact you directly to confirm if the space is available or offer an alternative club. This will be confirmed w/c 5th Jan 2026.

Tax Free Childcare vouchers – If you would like to pay by your Tax-Free Childcare Account, please send an email to the admin team (admin@hogarth.hounslow.sch.uk) and state which club you would like to book. We will then contact you directly to confirm the space and total cost for you to proceed with the payment.

Uniform – Children must have their P.E. kit for Dance, Dodgeball, Gymnastics & Football.

Arts & Crafts with Miss Preston. This club will be fun and creative! Children will have hands-on experiences that develop imagination, fine motor skills, and planning abilities, while offering a fun and engaging way to learn and express themselves.

Cost is £10 per session. Book via Parent Pay.

Glow in the Dark Dodgeball – by Premier Education. This is a unique and spectacular twist to on the classic dodgeball game, our glow in the dark dodgeball offers an exciting, innovative way to keep children active and engaged while developing key physical and social skills.

Dance – by Ghost Dance Troupe – This is a fun and active club where children will build on their dance moves each week to build towards a dance routine. Children will learn to improve their physical skills and coordination while developing social skills and teamwork.

Cost is £8 per session. Book via Parent Pay.

Football – by Club Sporters. Come and join a fun session where children will learn football techniques while boosting their physical fitness, coordination and learning how to work as a team.

Cost is £9 per session or £13 with wraparound care. Book directly with Club Sporters.

Minecraft Adventures: The programme reinforces foundational computing curriculum areas, including coding sequences, logic, pattern recognition, digital creativity and problem-solving. Each week features a new themed world or mission that develops confidence, teamwork and imagination.

Age suitability: This Minecraft programme is designed around the needs and abilities of children aged 6–10 years. Activities include early coding concepts, creative building tasks and problem-solving challenges suitable for this developmental stage.

We understand that some 5-year-olds are already confident Minecraft users.

We are happy to consider if they can:
 follow multi-step instructions
 work safely and respectfully in a group
 stay engaged in structured activities
 use a laptop or device with minimal support

fit.

Gymnastics – by Premier Education. This club allows children to build on their balance, flexibility and coordination as well as their confidence. Children attending this club will work towards a BAGA award (British Amateur Gymnastics Association).

Cooking – by Dolce Senso. Each week, we introduce your children to a new and exciting recipe. Our hands-on sessions guide them step-by-step through the process of preparing something delicious. Children will embark on a delightful culinary adventure while developing essential life skills and fostering an “I Can Do” attitude in a fun and engaging environment. Our primary focus is to ensure children learn while having a great time.

School Choir – by Sing Education. Choir club offers musical and personal growth through singing in groups, building confidence, social skills, and discipline, while providing a fun and supportive environment. This club is great for pupils that love singing more than the average, where they can develop their singing and ensemble skills.
