Year 6 had a very exciting afternoon as they were presented with their leavers hoodies in assembly!

The book fair is coming to The William Hogarth School! It will be arriving on Monday 16th November 2026 and will be here until Friday 20th November 2026. Come by at 3.30pm and support out school whilst getting your hands on the best new children's books!

Year 6 enjoyed an afternoon over at Clifton Gardens carehome where they made some new friends. They got to know each other, created some artwork together and shared some laughs.

Year 6 have been flying through our Turing Tumbles computing topic! They’ve shown some of the best teamwork I’ve seen from this class in recent times, working brilliantly together to solve problems and tackle challenges!

Year 3 have been bringing their learning to life through role play and creating freeze frames. They have shown wonderful creativity, expression and teamwork as they explored the characters and scenes from our focus text 'The Iron Man'. I’ve loved seeing their imaginations come alive!

So excited to announce that Wyatt is Phoenix House Captain this year! 🐦‍🔥 Congratulations, Wyatt — I’m sure Phoenix will have a great year! 🏆 Well done to everyone who put themselves forward.

You spoke with confidence, enthusiasm and passion, showing exactly what makes a fantastic leader. We are incredibly proud of you and look forward to seeing you represent Unicorn House with pride. Year 3 have been exploring charcoal in their art lessons, experimenting with different techniques to create a range of tones, textures and marks. They have enjoyed discovering how charcoal can be used to create both bold, dramatic lines and delicate, detailed shading. It has been wonderful to see their creativity and confidence grow as they explored this versatile medium.

🌟 What an incredible achievement! Amelia entered the Chiswick Book Festival poetry competition last year, which was open to children across Years 3–7, and today was awarded 2nd place in the Year 3 category, from around 200 entries! 🚀📚 She was the only child from our school to place in the competition. We are so proud of her! ⭐️
